Is the club open for bookings?

Not yet. We are preparing to launch. Registering interest is an enquiry, not a booking, and does not reserve a place.

Which ages will you accept?

The initial programme is planned for children aged eight and over. The final upper age limit and any activity-specific age restrictions will be shown before booking. A younger programme is planned for a later stage.

Where will the club run?

Westminster and Ealing are the planned areas. Confirmed venues and meeting points will be published before places are offered.

What will it cost?

Prices are being finalised. We will show the full mandatory price and what is included before you book. Optional extras will be identified separately.

Will you collect children from school?

Only where collection from a named school has been agreed and confirmed as part of your booking. Please tell us your school when enquiring, but do not assume a collection service is available.

Will children go on trips?

Outings form part of the programme being developed. Each confirmed session will explain its main activities, travel, meeting points and any specific consent required.

Can my child attend with additional needs?

Please contact us to discuss your child’s needs and the proposed activities. We consider support and reasonable adjustments individually. Do not send sensitive medical information through a general enquiry form.

Are lunch and snacks included?

The confirmed session information will state what to bring and what the club provides, including any packed-lunch requirement. Allergy arrangements will be discussed before attendance.

Can I pay using childcare support schemes?

We are not currently advertising acceptance of childcare payment schemes. We will state any available scheme only after the club’s eligibility and arrangements are confirmed.

What is your Ofsted status?

We are not advertising the club as Ofsted registered. Our initial programme is planned for ages eight and over. We will clearly state the verified registration position before bookings open.

What happens if I cancel?

The cancellation policy and any applicable statutory rights will be explained before payment. Registering interest creates no payment commitment.

Will you use photographs of my child?

Optional promotional photography will require a separate choice. Refusing permission will not prevent attendance, and we will respect a child’s objection.

What happens if I am late collecting?

Contact the session duty number immediately. Children remain supervised until a safe handover. Any charge or extended collection option will have been explained before booking.

How do I raise a concern?

Use our Complaints Policy for ordinary concerns and our Safeguarding Policy for a child-protection concern. Call 999 if someone is in immediate danger.
